Hey mate,

sorry cant help you directly, but whatever you decide to do,just make sure you bolt the seats to your original rails(via brackets or something) DONT WELD THEM!

Because of the height difference between rails and the inside rails are part of the slide mechanism you really either have to butcher the original rails which are part of the seat or fabricate something from scratch. I haven't looked too closely but there might be something off the shelf available ex-Japan.

Fatzook posted in a thread here somewhere one of the better ways I've seen to fab your own seat rails.. with a little searching I'm sure you'll find it ;)

That was for a leafy sierra. They are easy :D

Coily's and Jimny's are not so easy

I will do a universal seat mount kit for both eventually, but its not even on the radar at the moment.

That depends on the seats you choose to fit.

why would you want sport seats in a jimny?
sierra drivers only do it cause our seats suck :(
im sure jimny seats are quite comfortable? maybe try gettin some newer ones out of a later model jimny?
