if you have a external 4 wire ignitor and a 57b1 dizzy with a red wire and a white wire , can you check the wire clours at ecu pinouts b3 and b16 (which is directly above b3) . looking at the ecu with plugs plugged in , its the second plug , and the third wire in from the left (b3) and the one above it (b16). the manual lists one as cas positive and one is cas negative , although its not absolutely critical on the polarity , i need to know the colours.. thanks Dave |

pretty keen to know the answer guys... using the factory ecu its pretty critical as it uses the falling edge from the wave to ignite . im trying to wire up a aftermarket ecu , and knowing which one is postive will save time in the config of the ecu .. eg , whether it will be rising or falling edge ignition. the ecu pinout says that one is the positive and one is the negative , the wiring diagram doesnt show wire colours , it just shows that both wires go back to the ecu.. |

not really , the sv420 uses a completely different setup .. it doesnt even have a dizzy ! thanks for trying though . |
