While not exactly the same, to give you some idea I've got 265/70/16 (which are the same diameter at ~30.5") on my 97 SWB and there wasn't a chance they would go on without _serious_ scrubbage when I had just a 2" suspension lift.
With a 2" body lift and a tiny bit of massaging (smack the rear edge of the front guards in a little and chop out the inner bottom lip of the front bumper) they fit great.
Could probably be done if you extend the bumpstops a decent amount and get the hammer out, but my vote is for the body lift. Improves your approach/departure angles and gets your sills further away from damage as well as given you the room for the bigger boots.
