I was clickin around on ebay looking for a sc12 supercharger and found a few amr500 superchargers, what were they originally off.
So are these any good for a g16b or are they to small (ie the motor dosent rev high enough to make it work properly)
keen to hear what will work best. i know ill have a long road to reliability and have to go through new ecu, injectors, etc etc.

The AMR500 is a roots style supercharger the bigger brother to the AMR300 fitted to the subaru Vivio. The 500 was fitted to the Nissan March 1.0 litre dual charged motor. This motor had both turbo and super chargers fitted. Its a pretty small blower - limited to about 100kw or so power output. The code (AMR500) refers to the output of 500cc per cycle.

The amr500 is made by aisin and used in Nissan MA09 (ran a super charger and turbo charger together). I believe mighty mods did a little story on one of these.

amr500 is 500 cc/rev...

EDIT... newer and more info here
