Thinking about making a spare wheel mount to go on my towbar. Something solid to hold a 31.

Can you guys think of any pros and cons?

Mounts onto the towbar, under the tow ball. Like a bike rack.

I have a soft top so I don't ever open the door. I think a solid mount would be best.
I have an old bike rack that I will use, there fore I have the base and legs, just have to adapt for the wheel carrier.

I saw one on a van, thought the wheel was going to snap the rear of the chassis off..
if you support it higher as well it should be fine tho..
