is it possible to replace the seal that sits around the splined shaft that the pitman arm attatches to, without removing the steering box from the car, its a job my stupid big hands dont like doing very much. |

if you can get the pitman arm off while it's in the car (good luck with that) then you probably can do it. getting the seal out with the shaft still in place is going to be tricky though, and access is only going to make it worse. you would be better off spending the 10 minutes it takes to pull the box out of the car to do it, then you could replace the steering column shaft seal aswell. |

Where do you get the seals for the steering box, are they kit form or do you have to buy individually. Does anyone know the Part #s |
