well if you put them on standard springs they arent worth it thats on a vitara as the standard springs just end up dropping anyway when you start going off road but if u have lifted springs and want more hieght then maybe |

I had the 30mm ones on my vitara, and I found em fine. had no problems. But I was running tough dog springs so not just the stock springs. I just brought them soley for the purpose like tombutt said of just wanting bit more height. |

yeah on standard springs it just give lift which you loose after a few trips off road |

Spend the money on some custom springs! I have coil spacers in mine and I wish I had done that. They're not worth it. |
