or something like that or some good ideas cause i wanna make a new back bar and dont wanna put lights in it but i want them in the tailgate

Autobarn stock 'LED Autolamps' brand. I paid about $35 ea for small combination indicator/brake lights that suit a narrow steel bar. Expect to pay double that for each LED reverse light though.
