hi everyone I have a coily and just brought the 40mm ultima kit off ebay and was just wondering what parts do I need/don't need because my old shocks didn't have that white bit and I don't know where that black bit goes any help would be much appreciated.

Mate I could be wrong but I think the white bit is only to protect the shaft during transit etc. and should come off?
The black bit is the shaft cover that goes over (slips on) the shaft to stop crap getting in there when your off road.
Hope this helps.

Looks like a shock bumpstop to me. Its to cushion it and avoid bottoming out the shock.

I have the same shocks and mine didn't come with the white bit, tyre bottoms out in
the guard before the shock bottoms out anyway.
