i guess if you have the axle out already and have a spare one that's ok, but i wouldn't worry too much. The next one you put in will be like that after a few outings. Just because it's twisted like that doesn't mean it's about to explode. That would be a perfectly fine axle to have in a street car. I would keep it as a spare. I have spares like that, and i can imagine the ones i have in my zook probably look like that at the moment.

one thing i would suggest, as with any zook with any mods, would be to take it easy on the take offs, never rev the shit out of it and drop the clutch. You can really save yourself some breakages by taking it easy on the take offs, just avoid the sudden power. People tend to break shit, like transfer cases, diffs, axles, driveshafts etc. It may not be a problem on the road but when your vertical on some rocks with some grippy tyres, trying to get somewhere, there's a lot of pressure on the little components
