A main and full length second is all you will need. Then use your existing to fill underneath.

I got my first set through Westralia springs however the 2nd set I needed they no longer did custom leaves under 8mm thick ( Sierra's are 6mm I think ) They could order it in but that was going to add $80 each leaf. So the 2nd set I got made at Suspension Man in Bellevue, not cheap at about $90 per leaf. Make sure you have all your measurements, dont just walk in and say you want a leaf that is a couple inches longer. You need the straight across eye to eye measurement, the bush size, the eye to pin measurement for each end following the curve, the camber/height measurement and material thickness needed. Also dont forget to tell them it is for a vehicle weighing around 1000kg, I forgot to do this the second time and he made them too stiff
