hey man iv had this problem before if ur rear bar has been hit or damaged i have found the the back of the lights where the wiress goes in becomes lose and worn down i do have a sugestion if u can get to behind the bumper check the conections |

Only about 20 million times Played with bulbs a bit and now it doesn't have low beam on both sides |

I cant think of a common link to that problem but a lot of headlight problems on sierras center around the 3rd fuse from the left under the dash blowing, but it still shows power either side with a test light so you need to pul it out and look at it, might be worth a check |
