2 inch bl and 3" calamini suspension. There is probably cheaper alt for the suspension.

What are you trying to achieve exactly? As cheap as possible? Best flex possible? Hell take to the guards with a grinder and you'll get them on there easily enough.

Without resorting to the grinder...

2" body lift
2" suspension lift
Extend bumpstops
Hammer rear inner corners of front wheel wells.
Chop a good few inches out of inner lower edge of the front bumper.
Profit.

Cheap, easy, and gives just enough clearance without having to lift it too high and getting unwanted attention.

yeahhhh chop the guards and put the calmini susp. kit in (or do like shandy92 and frankenstein the suspension) - i think he runs commodore shocks and 180sx coils in the rear? flexes awesome. not sure what he's done up front... Either way though he cant fit 31s under unless he does some cutting.

i heard engineers love the latest 17" body lift from KaleCoAuto

http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main_pa ... e099n28nd6

there are a few different options, guard chops, 2" body lift + 2"spring lift should do it, calmini, spring spacers... etc etc

yeah thats pretty much it, will be getting a 2" springs and struts soon for the front to level it out. the find some 31's, find some spacers and swap front diff out.

DONT LET HER RUN 31"s WITH FACTORY ALLOY DIFF, it will go boom and being a girl she will blame you for not telling / guiding her. if she wants to run 31''s safety she needs to find a steel front diff out of a 98-04 manual grand vitara.

2" BL, 2 and a bit susp, bit of hammer work and you're done.

Wish it was as easy as it sounds... ;)
