What oil filter does one use for the LJ50. Ryco only list filters for LJ80. Same one? Sorry for the n00b question, but I have only been a suzuki owner for about 36 hours. |

LJ80's are 4stroke so no they are not the same. LJ50's are 2stroke and have an oil injection system and do not have a filter, i'm not sure however, if they have a strainer thingy before the oil pump, just make sure its clean and that the pump is in working order. Oh and welcome to Auszookers! cheers |

Nah not even a strainer thingy, except where you pour the 2 stroke oil in. By now you'll also have noticed it also doesn't have a dipstick. |
