i went and took out the bottom to leaves from my front springs as it was just to rough a ride, but now after doing so searching after the fact ive read post from a few that say that all front springs are load bearing. am i about to head butt a semi next time i take her out or what ??? cheers |

You'll probably find the front will drop, it will be a bit wallowy on road and possibly hit the bumpstops on the rough stuff. |

yeah had it bottom in the bush a couple of times. havent noticed big differnce cornering on the road, just wanted to know how safe it would be. heaps better ride on road doent see saw over rough stuff like it did. cheers fellas |

If its bottoming hard, you could look for some taller softer bump stops so its a bit more progressive.How much up travel do you have? Layto.... |

doesnt bottom that bad just when you hit something to big to quick... not sure layto on the up travel all the way to the bump stops i geuss. never bottomed before no matter how hard i went. i can live with it though for the compromise in comfort.... |
