when you push the transfer case lever forward that is supposed to engage 4 wheels. My zook wont do this, the green light wont come on either. Any one out there have any suggestions?

does the lever move? if so and it doesnt engage then you will have a vacumn leak as the factory hubs are vac operated.

Yes the lever moves, and it feels like it has resistance. You can also get into the low range, but no light and front wheel drive

dont you have to press some button on the dash to turn the hubs on too?

dont the GV's have drive flanges instead of free wheeling hubs & 4wd is all taken care by the front diff centre by a low pressure pump/vacuum pump?

No fully automatic. Only push transfer case lever

the pump for the diff is under the front bumper, see if its running and the hoses are still on

PROBLEM SOLVED. The pipe from the pump to the transfer case had come off. Pushed it back on, now it works. Thats what happens when you go enjoying yourself wheeling all over the Barrington Tops. Lots of sticks get thrown up underneath and dislodged the pipe. Thank you all for your great help, This is a great site, good forums
