I'm wondering what people have done with regards to fitting a tensioner pulley for power steering to the G16B. I've got the 1.6 fitted to the Sierra and have just installed the Vit PS'ing. Did the G16B ever come without aircon and a tensioner pulley? Is there anything I can use that will bolt straight on to do the job? Cheers, Jimmy. |

does your mounting bracket not have a slotted mount for the bottom bolt? |

All Vitaras had slotted brackts on the pwr steer pump bracket. Where air con is fitted there is a bolt hole just in from the slotted bit and the a/c compressor adjusts the belt. I perfer to use jimney set up and space the top bracket to fit the 1.6, is alot neater and gets the pump closer to the engine so the rad bracket is not such in the way |

Hmmm, i'll have another look. I didn't notice a slot on the bottom of the mount but I'll go have another look under the car. |
