hey guys looking to make a new front bar just wanna see some pictures of how u mounted it to ur rig........:) i have a sierra but i dont mind looking at jimnys and vits :D

I made mine more or less the same as in the link to Sheps posts. I also picked up the 4 x origional bolt holes in the front of the chassis and these attach to the lower bar of the tube bar. Seems pretty strong.

When I did my RUF conversion I extended the chassis by about 200mm with 50x100 RHS, then reinforced that extension with 5mm plate either side running back into the original chassis, including replacing the original crossmember with more 50x100. Then I just bolted to that, strong as.

Mine was bolted to the front chasis and i had plates thatwere U bolted to front cross member. Holes are not drilled out in those pics. Was plenty strong enough.

But to make the cross member stronger i put some thicker pipe through it
