ok so my shackles all round are very vertical, so what i was thinking for the front was to get the main and second leaf from some stock rears and use them to replace the ones on my front packs. i know it will move the diff forward and i already have a spacer.

my question is will he be possible and would i lose hight at all?

i did see a post before but couldn't re find it. it didnt really answer the question any way.

thanks

That de[ends largely on the condition of your springs. But I would imagine you will lose some height due to the shackle angle becoming closer to horizontal.

Its only a couple hours work. Give it a go.

Also watch your brake lines and shock length and position under flex.

I have always used lifted rears on mine and had good results, but I have done small chassis extensions at the same time.

Search RUF. There are a few good thread in the 'rigs' section on the mod. It can most certainly be done on a budget, but its a very hands-on mod.

all good still readin up

i thought it'd be possible for them to go straight on and just use a spacer. thats all it looks to me, also extended shackles to reach

If you re-drill the fixed spring hanger you should be able to get away with just extended shackles, but that depends on the legth of the spring and how flat it sits.

Can you hold it up under the car next to the current spring and see how much farther forward the shackle eye sits?
