Hi guys, the car is a 1992 LWB Suzuki Vitara Has any one ever pulled apart the air con clutch? I have been doing a fair few water crossings latelly. And now the clutch on my air co is VERY noisy. Can i pull the pulley of the vehicle and leave the compresser attached so i dont loose my gas? And on another note, has anyone ever looked into making the zuk air co work better? By replacing the compresser with a different one? Cheers guys |

Hell my 93 doesnt even have the Fan on the front of the Radiator like it is Supposed to ,, My Air con is " Like Being Coughed on by a Mouse with a Head cold" My Air con stopped getting Cold after a few deep water crossings... Has plenty of Coolant, the Compressor works.. it just doesnt get cold... |

It still gets nice and cold, its just the clutch is very noisy when it is not engaged. I think your problem is mostly with the fan, if you dont cool that radiator thing then your temperature difference is closer to atmosphere, therefore not feeling cold. |
