Post subject:  black stuff on floor at cold idle

hi fellas i've got a swb lwb ones been dyna tuned they leave what looks like carbon on the cement motors are well used but i've followed theem and they don't appear to blow smoke??????????? if it's the rings, is there a bodgy way of fixing this

Its just condensation and carbon coming out the exhaust at cold idle. Usually its not a problem. If your worried check the compression. After it warms up its all good.

I dont know why the sierras blow the soot when other cars dont. Mine has always done it and ive had 2 different motors in it. I dont think its anything to worry about.

'89 swb & '87 lwb which was hard to registrar in qld ....no one up here knows if they are station wagon or 4 seat panel van

because most other car's on the road these day's are efi...
