Is it possible to engineer a 4age in a coily in NSW?

Anyone know of any guys with 4a's in nsw?

I went checked out a sierra with 4agze a few years ago that was for sale. wasnt engineered thou and i gather that is why the bloke was selling

Im considering buying that 4age in the for sale section and just want to see if u guys can give me some info on this

All I know is engine has to be newer then the car for emitions ?

A 4age is only a 1.6 efi. So plenty have had them engineered, much like a vit motor.

4agze may be a different story.

Motor has to comply with regs of your year car. so 96 +

Plenty of 4age 20v's :D

yeh i thought that might be the case using an older motor than the car. 20v sounds like a nice idea. i used to have a corolla with a 20v

Intake will be in wrong position though.

G16B is probaby the most common at the moment.

could do a cut and shut on the manifold?? but yeh a suzuki motor seems like the easiest conversion from what ive read.

If it is the later blacktop version of the 20v - you can run with indivudal air trumpets - no airbox/manifold persay.
the later blacktop version of the 20v uses a MAP sensor rather than a vane type airflow meter.
