hey guys im new to here just brought myself a 92 sierra w/t with a vitara 1.6 just wondering if the starter motor would be off 1.6 or a 1.3 any help would be great also when i go to start it some times its like it has a flat battery and will crank really slow and then it will pick up and crank normalanyone had the same problem? thanks |

Check your main earth Are all you terminals tight Try will a fully charge battery Also is your timing right |

if you have a short fat starter motor with one side ground back for it to fit, then you have a 1.3 starter modified to fit onto the 1.6 engine. If you have a long thin style starter motor, it's the narrow starter that is supposed to bolt up to the 1.6 engine. |
