Hey guys and gals first time on this forum. new to the site. I have had my zook for bout over a year now. Got ARB rear air locker, 2inch shackle lift extractors and 2 1/4'' exhaust, 3inch extended rancho rs 5000 shocks. all new bushes throughout. home made snorkle made from 80mm ally pipe. its a great lil 4b. my problem is my engine died today threw a bottom end bearing. i want to put in an injected motor. any ideas? I need to find a place who could help me out with the conversion. Does anyone have an engine they are willing to sell that would suit? 1.6 vitara motor, or 4agze? sr20? ca1.8? something like that? any help or advice would be appreciated. cheers in advance. azza

If you want to be different try the cosworth 2 litre. If you want simplicity go the Viagra 1.6.

the vitara motor can be bolted to the standard sierra gbox(with the aid of the benT kit), a 4agze, sr20, or ca18 will require another gearbox, which will create more work in regards to fitting it in the tunnel, mounts and joining it to the transfer case, if you need help with this installation by a shop, be prepared to pay big, there is much work involved in any conversion, im at the tailend of a 1.6 efi conversion, there is nothing all that difficult (after you have spent hrs studying about it), there is much information to be found about it, just time consuming.
