Ok. So the dude who sells the body lift on here, how hard is it to actually install his body lift (As i've never done one) , and will i need more than 1/2 a case of piss, along with a trolley jack, couple of planks of wood. spanners sockets the usual tools (including myself)

it's not that hard... 2 big bottle jacks are better than trolley jacks as they lift straight up rather in an arc like the trolley jack.
the instructions are pretty easy to follow, read them through them a few times while looking at the parts described in the instructions, i've fitted the just cruisin' kit to my vit in a few hours, but having done one previously made it a bit easier.
FYI, awesome thread title... will make it heaps good when someone else does a seach

no worries mate, well like i said i only just ordered it so i assume in the next week it will arrive in my hot little hands, so probably in the next couple of weeks, i would like to repaint underneath mine before i do the BL. so probably late this month early next month

there is a tech thread on here I'm pretty sure..
I did mine a few years ago bending the shifters and getting them spot on was the hardest part. and if you're considering adding a spring lift might pay to re locate the passenger side front brake hose down the inner gaurd about 2 inches.
oh and fuel filler hose.. mine ended up cracking . I suspect due to being pulled to tight
Keep in mind the body has male studs about 2 inches long.. you need to lift the body about 4 inches in order to slip in the 2 inch body lift blocks.
Anything that runs between the body and chassis can be pulled tight and could damage it
long crowbar might be usefull
