how you going fellas, not sure if its in the rite section but i was just wondering who runs 35s on there zook. im curruntly on 35inch MTRs, but looking to go down to 33s, what do you guys recon?
the reason im doing this is my gearing isn't suited for it (well in low range anyways) the engine pulls it fine but when i wana crawl i need to put it into 1st. i could do the gearing, but looking for a cheap alternative. as i might need to rebuild the engine

has anyone here ever stepped down in tire size and notice a differnce when wheelin,


one more thing, if you have 35's on your zooks. can you please post some pics up also same for 33inch owners, just to compare

dont down grade just UPgrade your tcase gears, $495 for 6.5:1 from lowrange.

thats what im doin.

I wouldn't mind trying a set of 35s at some stage. Dunno if I could convince myself to part with the $ though

what box and t/case you using.. how much are the t/case gears for a vitara box.. also how hard is is to change the gears. iv already got a gear box and t/case out of my car so i might just do it befor i replace the box.. hmmm
damm 2nd gear is hard to get into..

if you were looking at getting some, iwould advise you to get second hand ones.. if your lucky, you can pic up a set for $1000 bucks with alloys and 99% tread,, i know. trust me ..as the previouse owner got the set on my car of a guy 2nd hand.. didnt even have round edges.. still dosent.. woohoo

go to www.lowrangeoffroad.com they have tcase gears for sierras. not sure about the vit. i will either be running the supra box i have at home (w50) of an ae71 model auto box.

if you go with a vit box anf t case. let me know cus ill be selling one soon.. the is a bi how you going as 2nd dont go in properly.. but the t case is good.. iv got 2 spare ATM..
