How about flicking the higbeam lever backwards and forwards , like the contacts could be stuck on?

You need to replace it, not just pull it...

tried it several time was thinking about just cutting the wire from the column or from the back of the headlight but wasn't too sure whether it could cause drainage problems. and ben I just figured since it had no fuse they wouldn't work but when this rain stops i will replace them both

doesn't work like that, a blown fuse is technically not there, as there is a break circuit once the fuse is blown..

That & Mr Suzuki was on acid when he designed the sierra harness.. :stekky:

okay so put new fuses in and still no luck still on and now i have a dead battery to go with it so any other suggestions i don't use high beam anyway so it doesn't bother me if i cant use it again.

The new one's???
If the fuse is blown again, unplug all tail & parker light's, replace blown fuse & plug the light's back in one by one, checking the fuse each time, when you plug one in & it blow's the fuse you have found the circuit with the fault..
