Im sure its pretty simple but how do you take off the sierra thrust bearing from the gearbox?

Also, does anyone know where to buy a heavy duty gearbox mount?

Thankyou!

cant get that thrust bearing off! It has a sort of pin on the left hand side that seems to be holding it on. Twist anti clockwise Im guessing?

Push the throw out fork, that will push the bearing out, once it's past the end of the slide, twist it towards the pin side, they are a lil bit of a shit to do, but they do come off.......
