you will need a leafy case, leafy jackshaft and mounts and it will be all systems go. should be a good car with that in it too |

wtf I must not have clicked post, I posted pretty much the same thing as you just did! Oh well, looks like he's got all the info he needs now, check out my warning thread about rebuilding a transfer case before you go for it, make sure you have everything you need before you start! It should be pretty easy though since you won't have the case in/out of the car before you start, so you can still drive while you do the rebuild! |

Make sure you have wide track leafy flanges, they are the same as coily. Other than that, it is a direct bolt in like appsie said. If you can afford it do all the bearings and get the updated output shaft. Then you will never have a problem Nothing wrong with coily's either. Check all the mounts on your diff's and the mounts around the front struts |

It's a 50/50 chance. There was a change over mid yearish. Early had NT later have WT flanges. It's not a big deal, just get some WT flanges. Just do a quick measure on the flanges and see |

I thought you could just use the ones off the coily case when you pull it out? All you NEED is the jackshaft. I could be WRONG though, someone else here will correct me if that's the case. |

That is a good suggestion mate. I'm not 100% sure if the output/input shaft diameter is the same, or splines are different. I didn't even think to check that when I did my transfer swap into my coily |

We've got a NT case to put into anto86's coily, he got the jackshaft to go with it, but it's missing one flange (not that it matters because NT are useless anyway. But we were planning to just swap the flanges over, at least that i the plan anyways... |

He wants to get it apart and acid wash it to clean it all (it's as filthy as mine was but I used a wire brush for an hour and a half on mine, he can get the acid bath done for free...) Then put in the new gears that haven't even been ordered yet, then put it in the zook. So a while yet but will let you know. |

I think he's decided on 4.9's He's only on 235/75/15's same as me, but I plan to go to 31's so I put 6.5's in. Anto86 reckons they are too short for his liking so thats why the 4.9's. |

Fatzook has a brand new set of 6.5's for sale, and want33's has a wt case with installed already |
