Anyone know how to undo the little screw at the back of the ignition module? i dont have a single screw driver that fits in the space! even using the screwdriver head from a socket set and an adjustable spanner to grip it can't move the bastard...

i'm trying to diagnose why after replacing my starter motor i'm still getting the solenoid clicking but no turnover of the starter - theory being its not getting enough power to hit it hard enough every time.

Just put a relay in the system to make the starter work properly.
Cheaper and easier

Are you talking about a screw that holds the plug in or that hold the barrel to the column?

You running the clicky starter fix? I replaced the 4guage positive to the starter aswell as mine had corroded on one end, and the other was somewhat rusty..

i forgot about the clicky starter being common... rings a bell now!

so relay and replace the wires for the ultimate fix? lol
