Hey Guys, Yet another question, but of a different kind! How do you guys get your Dirt/Enduro bikes around with the Vitara's? I have a towbar on my one with a ball not a hitch, and im thinking that a puny vitara towbar could not handle the weight of a hitch pushing down on top of it. Any advice appreciated on what you guys are currently doing to get your bikes around. |

Bike trailer is the easiest way. |

I use a trailer. I had even started making a hitch mounted carrier but the bike would stick to far out the sides of the GV. I have a KTM 450sx. Also the max vertical load allowed on a GV tow bar is 75kgs I am sure a vit would be the same. |

I just found this for RRP $588! http://www.carlex.com.au/120.html Looks like it would go on the towball easy enough, might need to turn the towball tongue upside down to get it low enough but haha. |

Just put some f100 hubs on it and lift the guards then you could use some vit wheels. That will give it a bit more height. |

for anything bigger then a pit bike... trailer would be the easiest option. get a box trailer that way you can use it for other stuff too. like say moving a fridge/other heavy bulky stuff will be able to fit 2 bikes on it too =] |
