hey guys i put a different gear box in my sierra
all good got it in
i pluged the last wires in the ones on top of the box to the ones in the engine bay

now for some reason the reverse lights stay on none stop

i disconected one of the swiches and now the reverse lights dont cum on any more not even in reverse

my gearbox has two plugs of two wires each does yours?

yeah they can plug in a few ways

best way is stick it in reverse with the ignition on and the plug on the car side that has a red and yellow pair of wires, plug em into the switches in the box and when the reverse lights come on, leave it in that plug and take it out of reverse, if they go out, thats the right one, if they dony, try another one

there are switches for reverse, 5th and 4th on some boxes for the pollution garbage

now to another question i got a box of bft and thats the one i put in the car

now for some reason it dos this wining noise
in 1st 2nd and 3rd but not 4th or 5th
i asked bft he said it never did it in his car
and if i want i couled have the money back for it when i give the box back
but i really cbf taking it out again

so my question is will this noise wining ( like a super charged car )
f up the box at all is it a sign that the box will get mest up soon ?

bft sayed maybe when he droped the box some thing broke inside ?
couled that be the case ?

what shouled i do if i take the box back to bft and put my other box in
it will still be noise lol

i just kept filling it from the top filling thing till it all started cuming out

And yes. When it comes out of the fill plug, there is enough oil in the box.
