hey, i tried using "search" but i'm one of those silly squirrels that can't use it properly . i need info on taking off the hub and changing the front wheel bearing on my 88 sj51,i am new to 4w4's and sierras, would think it'd be pretty simple. Ive undone the 10mm bolts and taken out the hub lock and undone the 12mm bolts, the assembly only moves off the disc hub about 3mm is there something else holding it? i didn't want to force it off, is there a link to any threads or anyone that can help, cheers.

c clip on the end of the cv. Check the pic, after the front of the hub is removed. There should be acces to the c clip, remove this. Then remove the 12mm bolts on the next bit of the hub, and pull this off. And it should all come apart from there
