We all know that the Calmini hemi joint is pretty crap, mine is squeeking like a mutha bitch, But I'm stumped on where I'd be able to get a good quality replacement for it.

Same go's for the bush's, I know I'd be able to get some sent from the states but the type they provide don't last as long as say Nolathane or Polyurethene bush's. But I will have to take them out to measure up so I can find the correct part numbers. Which means I won't be able to drive it for a few day's until parts arrive, And I really don't want to take it to pedders.

Does any one know the part number's?
That will save me a fair bit of mucking around.

85Drover just got a full bush kit for his calmini kit... I wonder if it's been installed yet? Or if any came out good enough to measure...

That's the thread I was looking for. I knew it was covered the other day.

I'll send him a pm to see where he got it from.

edit: oops,

The bush kit was $188 +$18 postage from 4WDusa

I just use some silicon spray on the hemi joint.

I've been adding oil and grease to it, but only lasts about a week.

It's quickly being called the squeeky squeek car.

Try your local bearing supply shop. I think places like Pirtek and Enzed carry them too.

Heim Joints are available in an amazing variety of versions, with grease fittings, nylon seals, even fully polished Stainless. There'd be a better upgrade available to stop the squeaking.
