Hi,

Just exploring my options of getting 323 Mazda Wagon Leaf Springs.
Does anyone use them or know where some are readily available?

They will go into my WT SWB.

BlueSuzy is your man. Im pretty sure he used 323 springs briefly. They flexed well but were very soft and I think he busted one, couldn't find a replacement and then used corolla springs instead.

Here's his buildup http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... pic&t=2072

yeah I was thinking that...but I'm currently using 2 leaves sprung under anyways...so they should be a little stronger, right?

Longer leafs thread. http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... 74&start=0

2 leafs spua? 2 leafs a pack? no way! they are going to twist like a mofo.

I had super rare mazda's. snaped one, so went rare ke30-55's and ke 70 thrown in there. More details ar in my build or longer leafs thread

I usEd Mazda 808 wagon rears needed to move rear hangers back but ended up running a piranha scissor shackle backward so the top half sits flat on the chassis acting like an extension. Works well and dOesnt act crazy. I've got some escort sPrings as well whIch are thicker. I used Mazda main and rest are zook 2" rears and I'll chuck in an escort leaf to get a full length sEcondary leaf. Good flex! Not much lift though.

il read your thread, just guessing it will be in there :P

yeah ke70 wagon. I used: ke30 whole pack bench press reset for lift. Put the main ke70 leaf cutdown to use as a 2nd, and reset same for lift.

Rode ok for me Flexxed well. Its all experimental. But make sure your 2nd leaf is full length, then break down shorter leafs from there.

I did not run a wrap bar, used to do donuts on 10psi 33's, no wrap problems. You could probably make them softer with a wrap bar.

My rear mounts were on the wt chassis ends. Ran 3" longer shackles.(double size)

Yeah i run just 2 leaves in my pack sprung under....from an enforcer 2 inch lifted spring.
and when out on the track it seems ok.
I've heard the 323 wagon springs are longer than the 808. which is why i'd prefer them.

what are the lengths on the ke springs??

i dont have any spring manufacturers near here that i know of....i wish i could just get a longer main spring made up.
