How is the install of the shifter done on a Sierra transfer case?
I have some balls, springs, poly bush, some clips.

was it sloppy???

Just use the bush, most of the other bit's are internal..

Pull transfer stick out, dig out ole bush & fit new in it's place, then stick back in..

It didn't have anything in there that's why I was tripping out. I eventually figured out how everything worked then replaced the bush, spring and cover.

Thanks mate

It's heaps stiff with the poly bush now!

Neither my transfer or my gearbox had a shifter sheet either!

I put the twisted tt kit in when I rebuilt my case, the shifter moves heaps further but it's still nice and stiff because of the new sheet!

Yeah, it's a definite click into each selection compared to the case in my zook now. Keen to see what it's like in the car.
