Where do you guys get your wheels and tyres from. I need to get some and whilst the dollar is strong I'm considering going the online option. A few have mentioned US shops that sell rims and tyres but never actually mention the name of the shop and a link. Throw up a link to help others out. |

Well it's pretty much Dollar for Dollar, so you probably wouldn't be saving much. What I do is, do some research, get the cheapest online price, print it out and take it to the shop, If they don't match it, they're loss. 7 out of 10 times they will price match it. |

I havn't done it with an american site but give it a try, print out the email or web page, make sure it includes freight, then go down to your local tyre shop and ask. It doesn't hurt to ask. and try a couple of places. At the end of the day they usually want that sale. I like to chuck in a, "I'd rather support local business's but If you can't do it for that price, I'll just get it from them". |
