defently a helpfull link. I don't think the guy packed the bearings with grease properly though.

Yes probably how he 'packed' the bearings was the reason why they failed in the first place. The correct way is to put grease on your hand and press the bearing into the grease, the grease should completely fill the bearing.

Its only a Sierra, I just spray the bearings with CRC and shove em in.

if you tension the bearings correctly they last for ages. mine haven't been touched for 4 years and shitloads of km.

to tension them correctly ya first do them up to 50flb then back them off to 0flb then do them up to 10flb.

I got a blue point one there fucking awsome wouldnt work without it now save so much time and keeps your hands cleaner
