measure the distance between the center holes in the springs... now subtract that from the width of the diff housing end to end, divide that number by 2, then measure that far in on each side of the diff housing and you have the center point of your perch. make sure you get the pinion angle right. |

The w/t perch's need to be moved in 40mm, it is vital that they stay on the same plane, that's your caster adjustment...... the n/t r/h side perch is also a different shape to the l/h, being that it has to sit on the pumpkin a lil bit, so, i in the past have sacrificed the n/t housing's to save the perch buy cutting the tubing beside the perch, then take your time picking the pesrch of.. Or, buy a set of TSOR's perch's, have used em a couple of time's & love em, new steel is so mush nicer to work with.....& you don't have to be as careful with the ole one's..... |

So I think I worked it out wt diff spacing is 950 and nt diff spacing is 870 So 950 - 870 = 80 \ 2 is 40mm So perches have to be welded on wt diff 40mm in from center hole of the wt perch Is this all correct Also I already have the perches from fatzook |
