depending on axle size you may need to get special adaptor bearings to allow you to use the bigger style hub on a smaller axle. You can do it as i did it on my old zook trailer.

F100 hubs run Ford SL bearings, which are too big for your normal 39mm round axle (which run Holden LM bearings). You might be able to get adaptor bearings like B4T says (not sure) - but another solution is to get a 45mm square axle made up for the specific track width you want, and that'll then fit the SL bearings and F100 hubs.

45mm square axle does weigh a bit more than the 39mm round but also has much higher rated capacity (1400kg vs 750kg).

Someone must do them with the holden size bearings, I sold a trailer just before Christmas with suzuki stud patern I replaced the bearing from supercheap and they were the normal holden size ones. i believe that you can also buy blanks that you drill the stud patern yourself.

Yep I have f100 hubs on 40 square axle with holden bearings on my trailer,
Most bigish trailer places should have them.
