hey guys i have a mate who is giving me a set of brake lines from his old hilux they are about 3inch longer then std zook ones, are all brake line threads the same or will this possibly be a problem, if i need to get some made where would i get this done and how much would i be expecting to pay for rubber lines.

Assuming all Lux ones are the same, my sierra lines were all interchangeable with the Lux lines that came with my diffs.

I'd be surprised if they don't fit based on thread and flare. They might not be all that suitable though. New, custom lines aren't very expensive - Most Pirtek or Enzed stores can make them. 100% legal any length up to 500mm, for around $30 each from memory.
