Hey guys, thought I might give you all a look at the rack I bought from Tim up at ODA.
I'm really happy with it, and it certainly holds at least 60kgs when it's moving. Probably a lot more static.

$440 for the alloy, the basket is a Rhino Rack job, around 200 I think.
Here's a picture of the left mount, It's identical on the other side. The bolts screw from behind into the mounting plate itself
As for the front, I don't have a picture of that, but it sits right underneath the part where the sun roof hinge is, uses the same screw holes (and screws).

nice idea, sort of similar to the Calmini one. I would prefer it to sit a little closer to the roofline though.

Well, the whole thing is modular, so you can actually take off the cross bar/platform and bolt a basket or whatever directly onto the rails. You can see the bolts/mounts in the second picture.

Kind of what i was thinking it doesn't look like it would hold much wait before it would buckle and bend

Yet to be painted, of course
Not to mention that to get a calmini kit would've cost me around 3 times what I paid for this. What with shipping.

yeah, I'm planning on putting a third mount on the roll bar. Should give it a bit of extra brace, but she definitely holds at least 70-90 kilos on the highway as is (havent tried that much org road yet).
