No, the trimatic auto is cable shifted so it's actually easier than body lifting a manual is the gearlever won't get tight on the console due to the bigger gap between the gearbox and body. There's no need to lift the auto. Steve. |

just the usual mods to the transfer lever, which i found easiest to do by just cutting off the old one, and welding on some windmill rod, and bending to suit, cos the factory stuff is sooo hard to bend |

1" and 2" are exactly the same amount of hassle - If you are unbolting and fiddling with everything, just go 2" from the outset. Steve. |

Suzuki's run a captive body stud & you need a female bolt to thread onto the body stud. BYE Products make a good kit for the Vitara http://auszookers.com/index.php?name=Fo ... ic&t=15518 |

What body lift kit are you using? I assume you are talking about the fixed threads? If you use the Just_Cruizin kit then everything is supplied, including female bolts to fit the threads and detailed instructions |

Yeah just use a Just Cruisin lift or similar, the female bolts are the best way |
