Mine are totally screwed, but last night I picked up a pair that are allllmost straight with only a slight bend in them (98% straight kinda thing) and now I've been thinking, do you guys reckon it'd be possible to slightly bend them back to make them 100% straight? has anyone else been able to straighten theirs? do you reckon it'd be worth it?

once you bend an arm, it is weak and will break eventually. Bending it back into shape will weaken it more.....

Mmm thats what I was thinking, but if its only slightly bent...? its not a kink or anything its just a reallllly gradual curve... i dunno, maybe its supposed to be like that

Take a pic looking along the length of the arm.
VERY slight bends can easily and safely be removed from a cast arm.

So do I mate.
But in this case its a very slight bend. The arm would have a certain amount of flex to begin with, and it looks like this arms has only just exceeded the point of now return. Certainly not enough to fracture the grain of the steel, and I doubt its enough to have made straightening them not worthwhile.
