how you going fellas, just wondering whats the minimum leafs that can be run on the zook, currently my zook is sitting on 3inch lifted leafs, i was going to go standard but then i thought,
"i could just remove most of the leafs".
therefore it will sit lower and be more of a comfier ride and still flex more than standard springs due to it being longer.
correct me if im wrong on this thoery
but i also need to know whats the minimum leafs that can you can run on a zook that will be safe

Strictly speaking there is no minimum number of leaves that will work. What determines what will work and what wont is the spring rate of the spring, and the weight of the vehicle in question.

When you remove leaves from the pack, you will reduce the spring rate (FYI, making the leaves thinner, more narrow, and longer will all also reduce spring rate). You can just take them out one at a time and test. Just be careful going too soft, as the springs also control the axial rotation of the axle. If you go too soft the axle will rotate under acceleration, often referred to as "spring wrap".

You will kill the springs if it starts doing this, and possible bind up and break-joints as well. I'm guessing it would body-roll like a mofo too.
