Just a question we're repairing some rust on a 1990 sierra... it has rusted out just underneath the gutter channel on the roof.

Now before I go cutting holes out left right and centre can someone please explain to me how the gutter is formed on the body...

As such is the roof section of the car and the side pannel of the body folded and spot welded together and this is what makes the gutter. Can someone point me in the right direction of how the gutter is formed..

Ill post pics up on request if that will make it easier to understand what im talking about..

That would be an SJ70 :wink: Not that there is any difference in the roof profiles.
