My search won't work so can u guys please link or tell me how to adjust / tune the air and fuel ratio for a 1.3 carby thanks

Do you know how to do it?

The screw is down low on the carby on the engine side of it.
It has a spring on it.

The adjustment on the carb only affects the mixture at idle.

The only way to tune fuel/air on a carb is to change the jets.
