just wondering wat would be the first 3 things people would fit to a brand new gv, wat u have found made the most improvement over being stock, wat size tires lift the best place to get things from Cheers |

Tyres AT or MT, Suspension Lift, and Sports Exhaust, are the big three things i had done on mine, and would recommend doing to a new GV as well, makes a big improvement ! |

Rock sliders, tires and all new shocks and springs and air bags Then bull bar and snorkel and bash plates There pretty low and it wouldn't take much to damage something under there |

it wouldn be used for a lot of mud and rocks driving, mostly beach work but the occasional trip to the power lines, just want some good ideas so as that it will go some places But its never gonna be a jimny |

Lift, tyres and bash plates, a couple of friends have ripped the plastic underneath off the front and I understand the transfer case has a similar issue to Jimny when off road. |

Recovery point on the front is problematic. Rear...no problem. Just get a hitch loop from the toward (presuming its a proper one) Front is a problem. They are not designed for them, you will have to spend a lot to get one fitted. But new springs is the most important and pressing. Bash plates will cost you about $700-800 so thats a big investment. Better tyres would be my second choice after springs if you can afford that. |

ive got a 2007, ive got tyres, roof racks & tint cause tyres where almost bald, couldnt fit my surfboard inside and really needed tint. if i had the funds id be going tyres, lift and bash plates (i already had a reece hitch towbar - if i didnt that would be first) ive ripped my splash guard off at the beach already. ive got spots installed from my previous car and uhf is waiting to go in (from previous car) |

deffinitly getting a lift and some decent tires, wat size fits with a 2 inch lift, want to go as big as possible, will sort out bash guards, can prob get them made pretty cheap |

1. 40-50mm suspension lift. 2. 225/75/16 tyres. (corrects speedo also) 3. Underbody protection Plates. Ive lifted our 2008 GV and put put some 225/75/16 BFG \AT's on it. The next thing i would put on it would be the Alloy bash plates but im not allowed. Wife says it not my car so Hands off. |

as someone who has been offroad a fair bit in my new gv, 3 mods would be in this order to address the shortcomings of a standard car 1 - sliders 2 - underbody bash plates 3 - susp lift |

lift and tires will be the first thing, its going to be mostly a road car, but gotta handle the occasional trip to two rocks or lano, so some body protection and a good zoorst will be soon after, cheers |

thats the ugliest vitara on earth, if i was running a 20 inch rim, the smallest tires id run would be 33x 15.5 and i dont think they would fit |
