Dash inicator was just a loose light bulb, rear indicator had to push the light bulb in deeper. Rear brake light works now when the car is started.

When turn lights on both tail lights come on but the left hand brake light turns off when you push on the brake pedal. temperature guage and fuel guage does not work still.
any ideas wat could fix my problems.
will check this out if it doesn t sort it self out http://www.auszookers.com/index.php?nam ... pic&t=4140

It only happens on the left hand rear side. Indicator does not work.
When lights are turned on brake lights, lights work but when i push down on the brake pedal the left hand rear brake light turns off. All reverse lights , indicators and other brake light work fine except left hand rear lights.

now to my dash lights
right hand indicator does not come on and left hand one blinks really fast when indicating left, but when put on hazzards lights the left hand indicator goes slow, but still no right hand indicator.

fuel guage , temp guage and horn do not work either.

can anyone help

the earth for your left hand rear stop / tail light is buggered

left hand indicator has a bulb out or the earth on is is shot to or otherwise isnt getting power to it, flasher is designed to flash fast when a bulb is out

right hand indicator bulb in teh dash is probably blown

if that doesnt fix it explain it better, its a bit confusing

A defective ground on the left rear cluster will do that.

No ignition power to the gauge cluster - possibly a fuse, a broken wire or a bad connection - OR - two separate problems on the ground side of the gauge circuits - both of those circuits feed power through the gauge to the sensor to ground.

I'd start by finding the tail lamp ground problem and fixing that - it may fix the fuel gauge problem as well.
