Hi guys, just wondering what the easiest way to replace the left engine mount on my 92 Vitara. (G16B) I don't have access to a hoist but have an engine cranne handy. What's the easiest way to replace the broken mount? Many thanks, Steve. |

undo the bolts and lift the engine up with a jack.. pretty much how i did mine from what i remember |

Just jack it up from the sump? Then just slide out the broken mount? Is there enough clearance? |

There should be two spots to hook the crane to from above. Loosen up and unbolt yer mounts, use the crane to lift 'er up and stuff a new Mount in. Easy as with a engine crane. Without a crane just jack 'er up from below. |
